We run out of Rochester, about 8 miles from Pittsford, so there's no local depot here - the truck comes stocked for the job before it leaves the shop. That matters more in a town like this than in newer subdivisions, because we don't know which roller style is on the door until someone's looked at the track in person. A lot of the doors we open in Pittsford still have the original hardware, so the first thing on site is usually a quick check of roller type, track gauge, and how much play has built up in the stem before we quote anything. If the door's fine otherwise, we can usually turn the whole job around in one visit.
